Gern ermöglichen wir für Künstler-, Studierenden- und Schülergruppen Einführungen in die Mediathek sowie thematisch orientierte Sichtungen.
Die Mediathek ist ein öffentlicher Ort der Information und Kommunikation im Bereich der Darstellenden Kunst, sie dient dem Austausch von Künstlern und Veranstaltern, Journalisten und Kulturmanagern, Studierenden und Wissenschaftlern.
Der aktuelle Bestand von mehr als 8.500 Videos und Büchern wird kontinuierlich erweitert durch eigene audiovisuelle Dokumentationen, die Übernahme von anderen Sammlungen sowie durch Leihgaben von Künstlern, Theatern und Festivals.
We are happy to offer introductions to groups of artists, students and pupils. Introductions might give an overview of the media library or focus on specific topics or collections.
The media library is an open space for information and communication in the realm of performing arts. The library serves the exchange between artists, event organizers, journalists and cultural managers, students and scientists.
The current inventory consists of more than 8.500 video and books and is continuously expanded through own pieces of audiovisual documentation and incorporation of other collections as well as through items lent by artists, theatres and festivals.
